1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services from Austin Aesthetic Atelier (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.


2. Services Provided

Austin Aesthetic Atelier provides in-person aesthetic medical services at our Austin, Texas location, including:

  • Injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify)

  • Dermal fillers (facial fillers, lip fillers)

  • Facial rejuvenation treatments

  • Skincare procedures (microneedling, chemical peels, facials)

  • PRP/PRF treatments

  • Body contouring services (where applicable)

Important Service Limitations

We do NOT provide:

  • Telemedicine or virtual consultations for injectable treatments

  • Online prescriptions for controlled substances or injectables

  • Mail-order medications or prescription treatments

  • Treatment administration outside our physical location

  • Services to patients we have not evaluated in person

Consultation Requirement

All injectable and aesthetic treatments require an in-person consultation with a licensed medical professional. During this visit:

  • Your medical history will be reviewed

  • Treatment options, risks, and alternatives will be discussed

  • Informed consent must be obtained

We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not medically appropriate or safe.


4. Provider Qualifications

All procedures are performed by or under supervision of licensed healthcare professionals, including:

  • Master’s-prepared APRNs

  • Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP-C)

  • Other licensed providers as required by Texas law

All providers maintain active licenses, certifications, and insurance.


5. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointment Booking

Appointments may be scheduled:

Appointment availability is subject to provider schedules.

Appointment Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation via email or text. Please verify the date, time, and location.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.


6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a $50 fee or loss of deposit

  • No-shows result in a $100 fee or forfeited deposit

  • Repeated cancellations may require prepayment

Practice-Initiated Cancellations

If we must cancel due to illness or emergency:

  • We’ll provide as much notice as possible

  • You’ll be offered the next available appointment

  • Any deposits will be refunded or credited


7. Payment Terms and Pricing

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service

  • Accepted: cash, major credit/debit cards

  • Prices subject to change

  • Promotions and packages may have expiration dates

Deposits

  • Some services require a deposit at booking

  • Deposits apply toward your service

  • Non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours

  • Fully refundable with 24+ hours notice

Pricing Accuracy

  • Prices are estimates until confirmed in consultation

  • Costs vary based on product, area, and goals

  • Final pricing will be confirmed before treatment

Insurance

Aesthetic treatments are elective and not insurance-covered. Clients are responsible for full payment.

Financing

We offer third-party financing for qualified clients (subject to approval).


8. Treatment Consent and Waiver

Informed Consent

Before any treatment, clients must:

  • Complete medical history and disclose conditions, medications, allergies

  • Review procedure details and risks

  • Sign informed consent

Medical History Accuracy

Clients must provide complete, truthful information. Failure to disclose relevant medical details may increase risk or void liability protection.

Photography Consent

We may take before-and-after photos for medical documentation (required) and optional marketing use (with written consent).


9. Post-Treatment Care and Follow-Up

Your Responsibilities

After treatment, clients must:

  • Follow post-care instructions

  • Avoid compromising activities

  • Attend follow-ups

  • Report unusual symptoms

Complications and Adverse Events

Contact our office immediately at (512) 643-6430 for concerns, or seek emergency care for severe symptoms.

Touch-Ups and Adjustments

  • Botox/Dysport: typically reviewed at 2 weeks

  • Fillers: evaluated at 2–4 weeks
    Touch-up costs or policies are discussed during consultation.


10. Refund and Satisfaction Policy

No Refunds

All aesthetic services are final and non-refundable.
Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Resolution of Concerns

If dissatisfied, contact us within 14 days. We may offer corrective or follow-up treatments at reduced or no cost at our discretion.
